Our herbalist Josiane composes our herbal teas so that they are in balance both in terms of flavors and the benefits of the selected plants. On the sachet, you will find the composition of the plants used for the mixture, as well as the method of preparation, the maximum duration of use and the contraindications. The latter take into account the smallest quantities. Even if they do not have an impact at the doses given, it is important that people who would be affected by one or the other indication are properly informed and can ask their doctor for advice, for example before consumption.
 Our suppliers are selected according to a profile corresponding to fairer ethics, offering raw materials mainly from organic farming and not tested on animals.  Some of our suppliers go even further in their approach by providing plants cultivated and harvested according to the Demeter method (biodynamics - planting & harvesting according to the lunar cycles).
